Billing

Plan, payment method, invoices, seats, and how upgrades work.

The Billing page is where you manage your subscription, payment method, invoices, and seat count.

Where To Find It

Go to Brokerage > Billing in the sidebar. Admin-only.

Your Plan

The top of the page shows:

If you've activated referrals, any active discount is shown here too.

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. Click Update Payment Method.
  2. Enter your new card details in the secure form.
  3. Save.

The new card takes effect immediately. Your next billing cycle will charge the new card.

Viewing Past Invoices

Scroll to the Invoices section. Every past invoice is listed with:

Download invoices for your accounting records.

Adding Or Removing Seats

Seats are tied to your subscription tier. To change seat count:

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Click Change Plan.
  2. Pick a higher tier.
  3. Confirm the new monthly price.
  4. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You're prorated for the rest of the current billing cycle.

Downgrading follows the same flow but takes effect at the end of the current cycle.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails (expired card, declined, etc.), we:

  1. Email you immediately.
  2. Show a banner in the dashboard.
  3. Retry the payment automatically after a few days.
  4. Continue retrying for a set window before suspending access.

The fastest fix is to update your payment method.

Referral Discounts

If you've referred a colleague who signed up, you both get three months at $49/month. The discount is applied automatically to your bill - you'll see it as a line item on your invoice. See How The Referral Program Works.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel, click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing cycle, then your account moves to a read-only state. Your data is retained per our terms - you can reactivate any time.
