The Team page in the Brokerage section is where you invite agents, set roles, and manage your seat count.
Sending An Invite
- Go to Brokerage > Team.
- Click + Invite Agent.
- Enter the agent's name, email, and role (Agent or Admin).
- Click Send Invite.
The agent gets an email with a link to set up their account. They click the link, create their account, and they're added to your brokerage automatically.
Agent Vs Admin Roles
- Agent - works their own book. Sees their own clients, runs their own outreach, sends their own reports. Doesn't see other agents' data or admin-only surfaces (Billing, Sanctions Incidents, Master View).
- Admin - full org access. Sees every agent's book, manages billing, handles compliance escalations, runs master view.
For the full breakdown, see What Your Agents See Vs What You See.
You can change someone's role later from the Team page.
Removing A Member
- Find the member in the Team page.
- Click their row (or the overflow menu on the row).
- Choose Remove from Brokerage.
- Confirm.
When you remove someone:
- They lose access immediately.
- Their clients stay in the brokerage's book by default. You can reassign them to another agent.
- Their historical outreach and reports stay on file.
Seat Management And Billing
Each agent (and each admin) counts as a seat. Your subscription includes a certain number of seats based on your plan.
- Inviting an agent uses a seat as soon as they accept.
- Removing an agent frees up the seat.
- Adding seats beyond your plan prompts an upgrade. See Billing.
You can see your current seat usage on the Team page header.
Pending Invites
If an agent hasn't accepted yet, their invite shows as Pending on the Team page. You can:
- Resend the invite (in case the email got buried).
- Cancel the invite if they're not joining after all.
Pending invites don't count against your seat count until accepted.
