Your brokerage logo appears on every report and outreach your agents send. Upload it once and it flows everywhere.
Where To Upload
- Go to Brokerage > Overview (or Brokerage > Settings depending on the layout).
- Find the Brokerage Logo section.
- Click Upload Logo.
- Pick the logo file.
- Crop and resize using the in-modal editor.
- Save.
File Format And Resolution
- Format - PNG with transparent background is best. JPG works for solid backgrounds.
- Resolution - at least 400px on the longest side. Higher is better for print-quality PDFs.
- Shape - square or wide-rectangle both work. The display surface usually crops to a max width.
Cropping And Resizing
The in-modal editor lets you trim the logo to the right aspect ratio. Most reports show the logo in a header strip, so wide rectangles render nicely. Tall logos may be letterboxed.
Where The Logo Appears
Once uploaded, the logo shows up on:
- Every equity report sent by any agent in your brokerage.
- Every consolidation report sent by any agent.
- Every refinance and penalty PDF downloaded by any agent.
- The header of broker profile cards on web report views.
- Outreach emails (where applicable - often in the email signature area).
It does not appear in:
- The dashboard UI itself.
- Internal admin views.
Replacing Or Removing The Logo
- Replace - upload a new logo from the same upload UI. The new logo takes effect immediately for future sends.
- Remove - click Remove Logo. Future sends won't include any brokerage logo (only the broker's personal branding will appear).
Past sends already in clients' inboxes don't update retroactively.
Letting A Teammate Set This Up
You don't have to do the branding yourself. Any teammate who isn't View only can edit your broker profile - headshot, brokerage logo, name and title, booking link, brand colors, and email signature - from their own Settings, so an assistant can finish your setup for you without needing your login.
