Where To Find It
In the sidebar, click Brokerage > Overview. Admin-only - agents don't see this page.
The Four Sections
Portfolio Health
A rollup of the entire book across every agent. Headline metrics:
- Total clients under management.
- Total mortgage balance across the book.
- Average rate on the book.
- Refinance opportunity count (clients meeting your eligibility threshold).
- Renewals approaching in the next 12 months.
This is the "size of business" view.
Opportunity Mix
A breakdown of what kinds of opportunities are sitting in your brokerage:
- Refinance candidates by savings range.
- Renewals by months-to-maturity bucket.
- Move-up candidates with strong equity.
Useful for capacity planning - if 60% of your opportunity is renewals at 7+ months, your team should be on the drip channel; if it's heavy refinance, expect more conversion-heavy work.
Outreach Share
How outreach is distributed across your agents. For each agent:
- How many outreach sends went out this period.
- Reply rate.
- Interested rate.
Surfaces who's actively working their book and who isn't.
Agent Performance
Per-agent metrics in a table:
- Agent name.
- Clients under management.
- Outreach sent.
- Conversion / interested count.
- Reports sent.
Click any agent's row to drill in (or switch to master view to see their book as them).
