You can import your book during onboarding or any time later from Settings. We support direct imports from three platforms, plus manual mapping for any CSV or Excel file.
Direct Imports: Filogix, Finmo, Velocity
If your book lives in Filogix, Finmo, or Velocity, the import is immediate. We map the fields ourselves.
- In onboarding or in Settings, pick Import.
- Choose Filogix, Finmo, or Velocity.
- Follow the provider-specific steps to export your data and upload the file.
- We process it on the spot and the candidates start appearing on your refinance and renewals lists.
CSV Or Excel Files (Manual Mapping)
Any other CSV or Excel file goes through manual mapping. We do it on our end.
- Upload your file from Settings > Import.
- We get a notification on our side.
- Our team maps your columns to BrokerPlus fields.
- Turnaround is up to 1 business day.
- Once mapped, the candidates appear in your dashboard.
You'll get an email when the import is complete. If your file is unusual or has missing fields we need, we'll reach out before mapping.
Re-Importing Later
You can re-import as often as you want. Re-running an import updates existing clients (matching on the lender + closing date or unique identifier) and adds any new ones. It does not delete clients that were in your previous file but missing from the new one.
One-Off Leads Instead Of Bulk Imports
For a single lead or client you just got off a referral, don't bother with an import. Use the Add Client button on the refinance or renewals page. See Adding A Client Manually.
