Skipping A Client From Auto Outreach

Unqueue a client while they're queued for outreach and they'll be skipped.

There's no permanent "exclude this client from auto outreach" flag today. The way to skip a specific client is to unqueue them while they're queued for an upcoming send.

How To Unqueue

  1. Go to the Refinance (or Renewals) page.
  2. Find the client.
  3. If they're queued for an upcoming auto outreach send, you'll see a queued indicator on their row.
  4. Click the unqueue control on the row.
  5. They'll be skipped for that scheduled send.
