There's no permanent "exclude this client from auto outreach" flag today. The way to skip a specific client is to unqueue them while they're queued for an upcoming send.
How To Unqueue
- Go to the Refinance (or Renewals) page.
- Find the client.
- If they're queued for an upcoming auto outreach send, you'll see a queued indicator on their row.
- Click the unqueue control on the row.
- They'll be skipped for that scheduled send.
What Happens After You Unqueue
- The scheduled send is cancelled. They won't get that email.
- They could re-qualify and re-queue later if they continue to meet the eligibility criteria (and you haven't otherwise marked them as not interested).
- To prevent that, mark them as Not Interested on Contacted manually, or remove them from your book entirely.
When To Use This
- A client you know personally and want to call instead of email.
- A client who told you offline they're not in market.
- A client who's mid-conversation with you elsewhere (manual touch in progress).
A Better Long-Term Option
If you don't want a client to ever receive auto outreach, the practical pattern today is:
- Mark them Not Interested on Contacted. This stops future auto outreach for that client.
That's not a true per-client opt-out, but it has the same effect.
What To Do Next
- Mark a client as Not Interested: Updating A Client's Status Manually.
- Tune auto outreach so fewer clients get queued unnecessarily: Adjusting Your Eligibility Threshold.
