Calendly

Add your Calendly booking URL to your profile. The link shows up on reports (not on outreach emails).

Calendly isn't a deep OAuth integration in BrokerPlus - it's a simple URL field. Add your booking link to your profile and it surfaces in reports as a Book a Call button.

Where To Paste Your Calendly URL

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find the Profile card.
  3. Scroll to the Calendly URL field.
  4. Paste your public Calendly URL (something like https://calendly.com/your-name/30min).
  5. Save.

Use your public booking page URL - not an admin URL or an internal Calendly link.

Calendly links appear in reports, specifically:

  • Equity report - Book a Call button.
  • Consolidation report - Book a Call button.

They surface as branded buttons inside the web view of the report, so clients can self-book in one tap.

Why It Doesn't Appear In Outreach Emails

Outreach emails (manual sends and auto outreach) don't include the Calendry link. The pitch in an outreach email is about the rate and savings - we want the client to either reply or click through to a full report.

Once they're inside the report (which is where Book a Call lives), the call-to-action is to book.

After saving:

  1. Open any client's profile.
  2. Click Reports > Preview sample report.
  3. Scroll to the Book a Call section.
  4. Click it to confirm it opens your Calendly correctly.

If it doesn't work:

  • Check the URL - it must be a complete https://... URL.
  • Check it's public - visit it in an incognito window to confirm anyone can access.
  • Check the event - make sure the event type linked is active and accepting bookings.

Clear the Calendly URL field and save. The Book a Call button disappears from future reports.

What This Integration Isn't

This is just a URL drop-in. We don't:

  • Sync your Calendly availability in any way.
  • Show your booked appointments in BrokerPlus.
  • Track who clicked the Book a Call button (the click is on the report; we track it as a report interaction).

If you need deeper Calendly integration, the public link is the only touchpoint today.
