A Calendly Book a call button on a report converts much better than "reach out to discuss." Setting it up takes 30 seconds.
Adding Your Calendly URL
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Profile card.
- Paste your Calendly URL into the Calendly URL field (e.g.,
https://calendly.com/your-name/30min). - Save.
Where The Link Surfaces
The Calendly link appears as a Book a call button inside reports - primarily the equity report and consolidation report. Clients tap and land on your Calendly to self-book.
It Does Not Appear In Outreach Emails
The Calendly link only shows up in reports, not in regular outreach emails (manual or auto). Outreach emails focus on the rate/savings pitch and rely on the client replying or clicking through to a report.
Testing The Link
After adding the URL:
- Open any client's profile.
- Click Reports > Preview sample report.
- Scroll to the Book a Call section and click it.
- Confirm it opens your Calendly correctly.
Common Issues
- Wrong URL - make sure you copied your public Calendly URL, not an admin URL.
- Calendly not connected - there's no OAuth flow. You're just pasting your URL. If the link doesn't appear, double-check you actually saved.
- Want to remove it - clear the URL field and save. The button disappears from future reports.
