Your account lives at app.getbrokerplus.ca. That's where you sign up, log in, and do everything inside BrokerPlus.
Signing Up
- Go to app.getbrokerplus.ca.
- Click Sign up.
- Enter your name, email, and a password.
- You'll land straight in the onboarding wizard.
There's no separate email verification step. You're in immediately.
If you came in through a brokerage invite (from your principal broker), the same flow applies, but your account is pre-linked to the brokerage.
I Already Have An Account But Forgot My Password
This is the most common reason a "create account" attempt fails. If you've used BrokerPlus before:
- Go back to the login screen.
- Click Forgot password.
- Enter the email you originally signed up with.
- Check your inbox for the reset link.
- Set a new password and log in.
The reset link is single-use and expires after a short window. If it's expired, just request another one.
What Happens After Signup
You'll be dropped into the onboarding wizard, which walks you through:
- Setting your refinance eligibility threshold.
- Connecting your email so you can send IRD reports and renewal outreach from your real address.
If you're a brokerage admin or an agent under a brokerage, the wizard will branch into extra steps (license info, payment, inviting your team). Those are covered separately in the Brokerage section.
