Email Isn't Syncing Or Stopped Working

Most often this is an expired OAuth token. Reconnect from Settings.

If your outreach stopped sending or replies stopped being detected, your email connection has almost certainly expired. Reconnecting fixes it in 30 seconds.

Why Email Connections Expire

OAuth tokens (the keys we hold for Gmail or Outlook) can expire or be revoked when:

This isn't a BrokerPlus bug - it's how OAuth works everywhere.

Reconnecting From Settings

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find the Email card.
  3. You'll likely see a banner: Connection expired. Please reconnect.
  4. Click Reconnect.
  5. Authorize again via Google or Microsoft.
  6. You're back to connected.

The whole flow takes under a minute.

Checking That Sends Resumed

After reconnecting:

What Sends Were Impacted While You Were Disconnected

While disconnected:

After reconnecting, future activity resumes. We don't replay missed sends or backfill missed replies. You may want to manually review which clients you intended to message during the gap and send again.
