Ann doesn't just type back at you. When you ask her about data - clients, opportunities, rates, reports - she returns rich cards that you can click into to drill down.
Card Types You'll See

Rate And Lender Cards
- Rate strip - best rates across all lenders for a given term.
- Lender card - a specific lender's offerings.

Reports And Documents
- Document strip - recently uploaded or sent documents.

Clicking Through
Every card links to the underlying record. Click a refinance opportunity to open that candidate's detail view. Click a contact card to open their profile. Click a rate strip to land on the Rates page filtered to that term.
This is the main reason Ann's faster than navigation - she takes you straight to the thing you need.
When Ann Mixes Prose And Cards
For many questions, Ann returns a short prose intro followed by a card. The prose summarizes; the card gives you the data.
For pure how-to questions ("how do I do X?"), she'll skip cards and just give you a prose answer, often with links to relevant help articles.
Asking For A Specific Card Type
You can nudge Ann toward a specific card type:
- "Show me as a chart."
- "Just give me the comparison table."
- "Summarize as a single card."
She'll adapt.
