Ann handles a lot of different question types. Here are categories of things you can ask, with example prompts.
Dealbook Questions
The most common use case. Ask about specific clients, the state of your pipeline, or trends:
- "Show me my refi pipeline."
- "Who's up for renewal in the next 3 months?"
- "How many candidates have over $400/month projected savings?"
- "What did I send to John Smith last week?"
She returns rich cards you can click into for the underlying records.
Opportunities By Region
Ask her to find the best opportunities in a specific area:
- "Best refinance opportunities in Toronto."
- "Highest-savings candidates in Calgary."
- "Renewal candidates within 50km of Vancouver."
Useful for planning local marketing or in-person outreach.
Rate Lookups
Fast answers when a client asks "what's the best rate?":
- "Best 5-year fixed right now?"
- "What's the cheapest variable available?"
- "Compare 3-year fixed across all lenders."
She pulls from your live Rates page including any overrides.
Report Status
Quick reads on your report program:
- "What's the status of my equity reports?"
- "Who interacted with their report this month?"
- "How many monthly subscribers do I have?"
She can also surface the underlying client records.
Scheduling Outreach
Tell Ann to schedule a send:
- "Schedule a renewal email to Sarah Lee for next Tuesday at 10am."
- "Send a candidate report to Mike Chen with follow-ups."
She'll confirm the details before sending.
Product Support
Pull help center answers without leaving your dashboard:
- "How do I import my book of business?"
- "Where do I change my eligibility threshold?"
- "How does the consolidation report work?"
- "What's the difference between the equity and consolidation reports?"
She pulls from this help center and gives you a focused answer.
Tips For Better Answers
- Be specific. "Show me renewals" is broad; "renewals in the next 90 days sorted by equity" is specific.
- Attach context when you can (Attaching Context To Ann).
- Try again with different phrasing if the first answer misses.
