The Referrals page shows you every invite you've sent and where each one stands.
The Three Stats
At the top of the page, three counts:
- Sent - invites delivered to the recipient.
- Pending - invites opened but not signed up yet.
- Completed - recipient signed up and your discount applied.
These give you a quick read on your referral program at a glance.
The Referrals List
Below the stats, every referral you've sent is listed individually:
- Recipient email.
- Date sent.
- Current status (Sent / Pending / Completed).
- Date completed (if applicable).
What Each Status Means
Sent
The invite email was delivered. The recipient hasn't opened it yet (or hasn't taken any action).
If a referral sits in Sent for more than a week or two, consider a personal follow-up - sometimes a "did you get my BrokerPlus email?" text gets it over the line.
Pending
The recipient opened the invite (or visited the signup page through your link) but hasn't completed signup. This is the most actionable status - they're interested enough to look but haven't committed.
A personal nudge often closes Pending referrals.
Completed
The recipient signed up and activated. Your three-month discount has been triggered and will appear on your next invoice.
You can't undo a Completed status - even if the referred broker cancels their subscription later, your discount continues for the full three months.
Acting On Stalled Referrals
For referrals stuck in Sent or Pending:
- Reach out personally. A 30-second text often beats a 3rd-party email.
- Ask if there's a question you can answer. Most stalls come from minor hesitation.
- Resend the original referral if you suspect their email got lost.
