If you place most of your deals with a handful of lenders, favorite them so they sit at the top of the rate analysis list and you stop scrolling past lenders you don't use.
How To Favorite A Lender
You can star a lender from either place - it's the same favorite:
- On the Rates page - find the lender row and click the star icon in the row's actions.
- In the rate analysis view (Comparing Lender Options) - click the star on the lender's option card, or on the best option card at the top (handy when a lender only has one rate, so it shows up there and not in the list below).
A filled star means it's favorited. Click it again to remove the favorite.
What Favoriting Does
In the rate analysis options list, favorited lenders float to the top under a Favorites header, above the usual lender categories. Everything else keeps its normal order underneath.
That's the whole effect: it moves the lender up the list so it's the first thing you see.
What It Does Not Do
Favoriting is visual only. It does not:
- change which option the calculator picks as the best option,
- change any rates, savings, or penalty math,
- hide or remove any other lender.

Removing A Favorite
Click the filled star again (from the Rates page or the comparison view). The lender drops back into its normal spot in the list.
Favorites are yours - each broker keeps their own. Favoriting a lender doesn't change the list for anyone else on your team.
