The renewals list shares almost all of its filters with the refinance list. The difference is mostly what you'd typically combine them into.
Filters Available
- Search - match by client name, email, or address.
- Lender - focus on a specific lender's book.
- Months To Maturity - range filter. Often the most useful one here.
- Balance - range filter. Match deal size.
- Engagement - high vs low engagement with past touches. Engagement scoring is explained in Filtering And Sorting The Refinance List.
Combine filters to focus a session.
Default Sort
The list defaults to months to maturity ascending - most urgent at the top. Re-sort by any column.
