Clicking any row on the refinance or renewals page opens the candidate detail view. It's where you get everything you need before sending an outreach or having a conversation.
Opening The Detail View
Click anywhere on a candidate row. The detail modal slides in with the client's full profile.
To go fullscreen for a deeper review, click the expand icon in the top-right of the modal.
What's In The Detail View
The view is organized into tabs across the top:
- Summary - current mortgage at a glance, projected savings, the best rate option, and key contact info.
- Equity - full equity picture for the subject property. Walks through value, mortgage balance, equity, LTV, HELOC scenario, and reverse mortgage scenario. Add additional properties here. See What The Equity Page Shows.
- Debts - capture client debts (credit cards, HELOCs, auto loans, etc.) so we can show the consolidation savings opportunity. See Adding Client Debts For Consolidation Analysis.
- Rate - the best option card with lender comparisons. You can override the rate for just this client here.
- Reports - send equity or consolidation reports, add a realtor, enable monthly reports.
