The filter and sort row above the candidate table is how you turn a long list into a focused work session.
Filters Available
- Search - match by client name, email, or address.
- Lender - narrow to one or more lenders.
- Months To Maturity - range filter. Useful for finding clients in a sweet-spot window.
- Projected Monthly Savings - range filter. Bump the minimum up if you want only the strongest opportunities.
- Balance - range filter. Useful if you're targeting a certain deal size.
- Engagement - see the next section.
Combine filters freely. Each filter narrows the list further.
What Engagement Actually Measures
The engagement score is a rollup of how active a client has been with your previous touches. It factors in:
- Email opens on outreach you've sent.
- Link clicks in those emails.
- Replies (and whether sentiment was positive or negative).
- Equity report interactions (when they updated their valuation, balance, or address from a report).
Higher engagement = warmer lead. Filter to High Engagement when you're picking who to manually touch.
Sorting
Click any column header to sort by that column. Common sorts:
- Projected Monthly Savings (desc) - biggest opportunities first.
- Months To Maturity (asc) - most urgent first.
- Last Contacted (asc) - folks you haven't touched in the longest.
A Useful Recipe
To find your next best manual outreach:
- Filter to High Engagement.
- Filter to Months To Maturity between 14 and 24 (well clear of the renewals window, not yet on auto outreach).
- Sort by Projected Monthly Savings desc.
- Work the top of the list.
