A rundown of the four reports - the automatic equity report, the consolidation report, and the downloadable penalty and refinance PDFs.

There are four distinct reports in BrokerPlus. Picking the right one depends on what you're trying to show the client and how you want to send it.

The Four Reports

ReportWhat It ShowsSend Mode
EquityCurrent value, equity, LTV, borrowing powerProgrammatic - recurring (monthly or quarterly) or one-time
ConsolidationMonthly + interest savings from rolling debts into a refinanceProgrammatic - one-time
RefinanceFull refinance opportunity (rate, savings, penalty)Downloadable PDF - you send manually
PenaltyDetailed penalty math and lender comparisonDownloadable PDF - you send manually

Programmatic Vs Download

Programmatic means BrokerPlus handles the send. For email, BrokerPlus opens the fully rendered email preview first. Review it, wait for the preview to load, then click Send Report inside the preview. SMS sends directly without opening the email preview. In either channel, the client receives a polished, interactive web report.

Downloadable means you click to generate a PDF, save it locally, and then attach and send it yourself from your email or another channel.

When To Use Each

  • Equity Report - recurring stay-in-touch. Set each client to monthly (the default) or quarterly for your top clients and let it run.
  • Consolidation Report - when you've captured the client's debts and want to show the consolidation savings opportunity.
  • Refinance Report (PDF) - when you want a polished, downloadable summary you can attach to a one-off email, share in a meeting, or include in a proposal package.
  • Penalty Report (PDF) - same - when you need to share the penalty breakdown alone, often for a client who's already shopping.

A Common Sequence

A typical client journey through reports:

  1. Send equity report (one-time, or recurring monthly or quarterly) → stays top of mind.
  2. Capture their debts when they engage → enables consolidation math.
  3. Send consolidation report → shows the bigger pitch.
  4. Send candidate report (refinance outreach email) → kicks off the formal conversation.
  5. Download refinance / penalty PDFs → share in your meeting prep.
