The Contacted page is your view into everyone you've reached out to. If you've never messaged a client, they're not here - they're on Refinance or Renewals waiting to be touched.
Who Appears On Contacted
A client appears on Contacted the moment they receive their first outreach from you. That includes:
- Manual sends (Sending A Candidate Report and Sending A Renewal Email).
- Auto outreach sends (both refinance and renewals).
- Scheduled sends (they show up as Scheduled until the send fires).
Both refinance and renewals contacts land here. The Contacted page is unified - it doesn't separate by source.
The Stats Bar
Three counts across the top:
- Total Contacted - everyone who's ever been messaged.
- No Reply - sent, no response yet.
- Interested - replied with positive sentiment.
These give you a quick read on outreach health. If your No Reply count is large and your Interested count is small, your templates or audience selection might need attention.
When Clients Leave Contacted
Clients don't really "leave" Contacted - once they've been messaged, they stay on the list. They just change stage as the conversation evolves.
If you delete a client from your book entirely, they're removed from Contacted too. But marking someone Not Interested or Inactive keeps them on the list so you have history.
The Big Picture
Think of Contacted as your CRM-style activity view: every relationship in motion, with status and last-contacted timestamp. Refinance and Renewals are the opportunity lists; Contacted is the action list.
